The Patient Temperature Management division of The Surgical Company (TSC) wanted to expand and automate its production lines to be more efficient and ready for future growth.

As a result, it acquired a plot on an industrial estate to develop a new facility that would house warehousing, distribution and quality control under one roof. The development project concerns the construction of a state-of-the-art logistics centre for supplying medical products to the medical industry. Due to strict user requirements, the floors were designed with Greymatter technology.
