This Privacy Statement applies to how Van Berlo B.V., located at Doornhoek 3715 in Veghel, processes personal data. Hereinafter referred to as “Van Berlo” and/or “we”. Van Berlo respects the privacy of all persons who visit its website and ensures that the personal data you provide to us is treated confidentially. The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you how we collect, process and store your personal data. Van Berlo processes your personal data because you use or have used our products or services and because you have provided that information to us (e.g. on our website).

What personal data we collect

When you fill in the online application form or leave your e-mail address to subscribe to our trade journal Technisch Vakblad new on, we collect and store your name, e-mail address, and any other personal information in your resume. When you purchase our products, make use of our services or visit our website, we will not purposefully collect data on website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. We do not, however, have the capability to verify the age of individual website visitors. That is why we recommend that parents monitor the online activities of their children in order to avoid that personal data of minors is collected without parental consent.
