In Wichelen, Van Berlo is working on the flooring and Mini Vibropiles for the Van de Velde distribution center. The building will largely be designed as an automated logistics facility, complemented by modern office spaces. In future, this new distribution center will handle the dispatch of goods to markets in Europe and North America.

The structure comprises three storeys and an underground car park, ensuring efficient use of space on the site. The structure is tailored to the logistics processes and forms a basis for future logistics developments. The building represents a significant extension within the existing Lingerie Van de Velde site.
