DC ProDelta Etten-Leur is a brownfield redevelopment of a ProDelta distribution site. The project is being carried out in phases at an existing site, with Van Berlo responsible for both the building’s foundations and the floor.

In the first construction phase, primary raw materials will be used; in the second phase, we will explore the use of circular materials from Everox and Greymatter technology. This gives us the opportunity to investigate what is technically required to take that step in a responsible manner.
