This construction project has been realized with limited CO2 emissions, partly due to the use of sustainable materials and products.

Greymatter concrete floors have been used, with 30% of the floor consisting of circular raw materials. Gravel has been replaced with circular materials, limestone powder substitutes part of the cement, and steel fibers are used instead of traditional reinforcement steel. As a result, CO2 emissions have already been reduced by 50%.
