Ghent Logistic Campus

Heylen Warehouses has built a state-of-the-art logistics campus in the heart of the North Sea Port area (Port of Ghent). The large-scale logistics campus comprises modern distribution and storage warehouses with a total floor area of 165,000 m². The campus is divided into units of approximately 10,000 m² to enable the flexible fulfilment of different customers’ requirements. The facilities can be expanded or reduced in line with customer demand.

Commissioned by Heylen Warehouses, we are constructing an super-flat floor, in accordance with the DIN 15.185 standard, on Mini Vibropiles and suitable for the installation of mezzanine floors. The floors are therefore multifunctional and future-proof. The design was drawn up by Van Berlo Engineering.
