Logistics property developer Heylen is developing a new, sustainable distribution centre for Van Moer Logistics at Antwerp East Site – close to the DLCT Dennie Lockefeer Container Terminal.

Commissioned by Heylen Warehouses, we are constructing an ultra-flat floor, in accordance with the DIN 15.185 standard, on Mini Vibro piles and suitable for the installation of mezzanine floors. This makes the floors multifunctional and future-proof. The design was drawn up by Van Berlo Engineering.
