This project is an excellent example of how LCP once again created value for its business partners by identifying an opportunity that would otherwise have been missed and by applying its technical expertise. LCP redeveloped this brownfield site by constructing a sustainable, high-end warehouse.

Commissioned by ASK Romein Westmalle, Van Berlo constructed approximately 40,000 m² of joint-free, super-flat floors suitable for a future-proof logistics operation.
